3. Delivery
- All products are online digital content and do not involve physical shipping.
- After payment, the letter report may open immediately or after generation completes.
- The result can be viewed in the web reader and saved as a PDF from the reader or My Letters.
- Generation may take up to 15 minutes after birth details and, for astrology, birth location are entered.
- Promotional or invitation prices may appear separately at checkout.
4. Refund Standard
A full refund is available before the paid body of a letter report is first viewed. A generated report is still refundable if the user has only opened the cover or preview screen and has not entered the paid body. After paid content is viewed, refunds are generally restricted because personalized digital content has been provided.
