These terms govern your use of the LifePostbox website, free previews, paid personalized digital letter reports, authentication, checkout, access, PDF download, and support features operated by Morak.

1. Scope

By using the service or purchasing a paid reading, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Terms, and any purchase terms shown at checkout.

2. Service

Free Preview
A limited reading or interactive result based on birth information entered by the user.
Devil Letter
A paid personalized digital letter report written from Asmodeus's point of view about repeated patterns, relationships, money, timing, and choices.
Angel Letter
A paid personalized digital letter report written from Haniel's point of view about recovery, relationships, money, timing, and choices.
Delivery
Paid letter reports are digital content available on the website immediately or after generation completes. Users may save the report as a PDF from the reader or My Letters.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must enter accurate information for yourself or for a person whose information you are authorized to use.
  • You must not enter another person's personal data or use another person's payment method without permission.
  • The service is not intended for children under 14.
  • Email or other authentication may be required to restore readings, confirm orders, process refunds, and prevent abuse.

4. Payment

Paid letter reports are online digital content. Please confirm the product, price, delivery method, PDF availability, and refund conditions before payment.
  • The final price is the amount shown at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed through PortOne, Toss Payments, or another payment provider designated by Morak.
  • When payment is completed, access to the purchased letter report is granted to the relevant order or account.
  • If payment is not completed because of provider failure, card refusal, network error, or other issues, the purchase contract may not be formed.

5. Refunds

Refunds and withdrawal of purchase follow the separate Refund Terms. As an additional user-friendly policy, Morak allows a full refund before the paid body of a reading is first viewed, even if the reading has already been generated and the user has only opened the cover or preview screen.

  • Before viewing the paid body: full refund available.
  • Generated but only cover or preview viewed: full refund available.
  • After viewing the paid body: refund is generally restricted because digital content has been provided.
  • Provider errors, duplicate payments, failed delivery, or materially different content may be refunded or corrected regardless of viewing status where required.

6. Nature of Readings

  • Letter reports are astrology or Saju-based personalized digital entertainment content for reflection and self-understanding.
  • Readings do not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, therapeutic, employment, or other professional advice.
  • Morak does not guarantee specific future events, outcomes, relationships, health, income, or career results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Abusing the service, payment system, accounts, APIs, or security mechanisms.
  • Using someone else's personal data, account, or payment method without authorization.
  • Infringing Morak's, another user's, or a third party's rights, privacy, reputation, or credit.
  • Copying, scraping, reselling, distributing, or commercially reusing readings, designs, copy, data, or screens without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, interface, copy, designs, code, report structure, databases, and brand assets belong to Morak or their lawful owners. Users may view and download purchased reports for personal use only.

9. Changes and Availability

Morak may change service features, products, prices, screens, and policies for operational or technical reasons. Service may be temporarily interrupted because of server issues, external API failures, payment provider issues, security incidents, or force majeure.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Morak is not liable for damages caused by user input errors, device or network problems, or external service failures unless caused by Morak's intent or gross negligence.
  • Morak does not guarantee decisions made by users after reading the content.
  • If applicable law does not allow a limitation, the law controls.

11. Support and Notices

Service screens, website notices, email, or another reasonable method.
Useful Details
Payment email, order ID, payment time, issue description, and screenshots where relevant.

12. Account Deletion

Logged-in users may request account deletion from the Profile page. Deletion removes the account, saved profile, and service access data where technically and legally possible. Payment, refund, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may be retained for legally required periods.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith consultation and, if necessary, the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
