1. Key Terms

Paid Letter Report
A personalized astrology or Saju-based digital entertainment product sold for a fee, including Devil Letter and Angel Letter.
Withdrawal
A user's request to cancel a purchase according to applicable law or these terms.
Refund
Returning the payment amount because of withdrawal, duplicate payment, provider error, or another approved reason.
Viewing
Opening the paid body of a letter report for the first time. Cover pages, waiting screens, login screens, payment screens, and PDF download controls before body entry are not viewing.

2. Core Refund Policy

Morak allows a full refund before the paid body of a letter report is first viewed. This applies even if the report has already been generated and the user has only opened the cover or preview screen. After viewing the paid body, refunds are generally restricted because personalized digital content has been provided.
  • Payment completed, paid body not viewed: full refund available.
  • Letter report generated, cover or preview opened, paid body not viewed: full refund available.
  • Paid body viewed: refund generally unavailable.
  • Company-caused error, duplicate payment, failed delivery, or materially different content: refund, regeneration, or access recovery may be provided.

3. Viewing Standard

Refund eligibility is determined by LifePostbox's viewing records. Morak may record the first-view timestamp and viewed section for each order to process refunds and disputes.

Not Viewing
Payment completion screen, generation waiting screen, report cover, preview screen, login or authentication screen, payment failure screen, and My Letters list. A generated report is still treated as not viewed if the user has not entered any paid body section.
Viewing
Opening any paid body section, chapter, full letter body, PDF body output, or equivalent paid content.
Timing
If no viewing record exists when the refund request is received, the order is treated as not viewed. Viewing after the refund request may restrict refund eligibility.

4. Refundable Cases

  • The user requests a refund before viewing the paid body.
  • The letter report has been generated, but the user has only reached the cover or preview and has not opened any paid body section.
  • The same product was paid for more than once because of a system or payment error.
  • A server issue, payment integration issue, or generation failure prevents normal delivery.
  • The delivered content or PDF availability is materially different from what was displayed or promised at checkout.
  • A minor purchased without required legal guardian consent and cancellation requirements are met under applicable law.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • The paid body has been viewed at least once.
  • The user is dissatisfied with interpretation, tone, or subjective usefulness after delivery.
  • The user entered incorrect birth information and viewed the resulting paid content.
  • The user's device, browser, or network temporarily prevented access while the service was operating normally.
  • The order had no actual payment amount, such as a free benefit, coupon, or promotion.
  • The user violated law, these terms, or service rules and access was restricted.

6. Errors and Input Mistakes

If a company-caused issue prevents access, damages the letter report screen, or prevents the promised PDF save flow, Morak may provide a refund, regeneration, or access recovery. If incorrect user input created the wrong report, a refund and repurchase may be possible before viewing. After viewing, refund is generally restricted, but Morak may support one correction or regeneration at its discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund

Channel
010-9454-2294 or the in-service support channel.
Required Info
Payment email, order ID, payment date and time, amount, refund reason, and screenshots or details if there is an error.
Review
Morak checks payment status, viewing status, and error details. Identity verification or more information may be required.
Method
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method. If that is not possible, another reasonable method may be arranged.

8. Refund Timeline

  • Once eligibility is confirmed, Morak will take cancellation or refund steps within 3 business days.
  • Card issuers, banks, wallets, or payment providers may need additional business days to reflect the cancellation or deposit.
  • If refund delay compensation is required by applicable law, the legal standard applies.

9. After Refund Approval

  • Access to the refunded paid reading may be revoked or disabled.
  • Discounts, invitations, promotions, or benefits related to the refunded order may also be withdrawn.
  • Payment, withdrawal, and dispute records may be retained for legally required periods after the refund.

10. Disputes and Changes

Morak and the user will try to resolve refund disputes in good faith. If consultation fails, applicable Korean consumer protection and dispute-resolution procedures may be used. Morak may update these Refund Terms when law, payment methods, product structure, or viewing methods change.
